If your organization meets Shubert Foundation criteria and you would like to apply for a grant, a completed Grant Application and requisite supporting materials must be submitted by the appropriate deadline.

Applicants must submit the current application. Small, but significant changes are made each year.

Complete the Application and print it. (The completed document must appear as in the original, including space restrictions.) Mail the completed Application, as well as one copy and additional required material to:
